We are paying rent for a nice place to live & be stress-free, yet that is not the case from the day they have moved in. We have spoken to the neighbor in 2 occasions, hoping to resolve this issue, but her response was to "file a complaint" as she doesn't care & the disturbance continues.When we originally presented our complaint we were asked to provide recordings of the noise, which we have done & despite four emails complaints & multiple recordings, the issue remains unresolved with little follow up from the property management.Our latest recording was made on Saturday, 03/11/23, around 8:30 AM when we were woken up to the crying & stomping of the kids which continued for 2 hours. This has caused extreme mental distress, lack of sleep & disruption to our work from home activities. However, since our current neighbors moved in, we have been experiencing constant daily noise disturbances which include heavy stomping, running, dragging of objects & loud crying from the kids. We have been tenants of this property for 3 years, & in that time we've never experienced any noise disturbances by previous neighbors.
